Rhoda Burling-NASM-CPT, AFAA-CPT
Rhoda has 15 years of experience working as a Certified Personal Trainer here at Norton Pines with clients of all fitness levels and abilities. She is trained as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Using her extensive background in exercise, injury prevention, and proper form, she enjoys helping her clients set and achieve personal fitness goals, encouraging them in their pursuit for better total health and fitness. Rhoda can be seen here at Norton Pines teaching Spin, TRX, Creative Power, Bootcamp, HIIT, ABC, Upper Strength, Circuit Pilates, Yoga, Relief, and Paddle Boarding. Her tough yet creative attitude toward fitness classes makes her a favorite instructor of Norton Pines’ members. When not working with clients or teaching classes at Norton Pines, Rhoda loves being active! She can be found paddle boarding on Lake Michigan, competing in adventure races, golfing, biking, cooking, and spending time with her two teenage boys.

Carley graduated from Central Michigan University with her Bachelor’s degree in Health Fitness and Cardiac Rehabilitation. She specializes in cardiac rehab, weight loss, functional training, sports-specific, and corrective exercises. Her enthusiasm and motivating demeanor have helped make her a successful, well-loved personal trainer. When not at Norton Pines, Carley enjoys hiking, swimming, cooking, outdoor adventures, and spending time with her friends and family.
