Better Body Boot Camp workouts are focused on achieving weight loss and building muscle through a variety of cardio and strength exercises. WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING THE WORKOUTS?

Better Body Boot Camp workouts are always going to push your limits, challenge your body and get you stronger while burning away that unwanted fat! Our trainers specifically program every single workout you do here! You will never be bored because you will always have new, fun and challenging exercises in your workouts! Every class begins with a dynamic warm-up followed by demonstrations of the exercises. In the demonstrations, trainers will show you how to safely and effectively perform the exercise.

Exercises will include an ideal combination of cardio, strength and various intensities throughout your workout. We build in time for rest and recovery in the workouts too! Exercises are intentionally chosen to maximize. The classes are in a group setting but it will feel like you have your own personal trainer! Our trainers will correct your form, adjust the weight or resistance and encourage you individually in every workout!
