An event every week that begins at 11:30am on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, repeating until August 31, 2017
60 minutes: Moderate-intensity movement in shallow to mid-depth water, focusing on range of motion, flexibility, light strength-training and moderate cardiovascular conditioning. Aided by use of water exercise equipment, including noodles and low-resistance dumbbells. Great for seniors, PT patients, those who are injured or recovering from surgery.
