You will learn simple nutrition that you can easily follow through this program! You will be provided with recipes, food lists, exercise recommendations, weekly and daily goals and SUPPORT!

In just one month, you will learn how clean eating and exercise can impact your physical health AND your mental health! You will gain knowledge and skills to create your own healthy lifestyle and better understand what works best for you and your body. You will discover an exercise routine that you enjoy and will look forward to each day.

This challenge will help you build confidence, improve sleep, reduce stress, lose fat, tone up and so much more! Motivation will be overflowing from this challenge giving you daily determination to do your best and crush your goals! Your transformation starts here!

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

UNLIMITED CLASSES

Unlimited boot camp classes with over 20 classes per week to choose from! Our classes are offered at times that are compatible with all schedules!

EASY MEAL PLAN

An easy to follow meal plan for the entire month including a food list and recipes. You can customize your meals to foods that you enjoy and that make your body feel its best!

accountability & support

Staying on track can be tough, but with the accountability and support in this challenge, you will conquer any challenge that you face! There will be weekly check ins and open communication to ask questions anytime they come up!

CHALLENGERS GROUP

A challengers’ only Facebook group that can be accessed anytime! This is a great tool for communicating any questions, sharing recipes and motivation. Most importantly support! Supporting each other through accomplishments, tough days and everything in between!

ABSOLUTELY! It does not matter where you are in your fitness and health journey, you will gain so much knowledge and confidence while learning how to build a healthy lifestyle. Our workouts are designed for all ages, fitness levels and abilities.
